⚙️ In our factory we have a wide array of machinery is employed with excellent human resources for various task, including cutting, welding, machining and buffing.Sheet cutting machines are essential tools in a wide range of industries. In-house cutting process help us to control sheet wastage and cost. Also to ensure determined measurement for our product.

⚙️ Welding is a fundamental process in the water motor industry, We have Three manual Welding machine, Spot Welding Machine and Linear Welding machine for SS pipe welding with Experience labor to create strong, leak-proof circumferential welds at the joints. Welding is essential for creating airtight and watertight seals, preventing leaks that could compromise the pump's efficiency and lead to water damage.

⚙️ Also we have 2 manual welding machine for copper and aluminum rotor welding / brazing.

⚙️ We have Automatic rotate welding machine and manual rotate welding machine for V6, V4 body ring welding. Automation speeds up the welding process, allowing for higher production rates. Based on customer requirement we can make the motor body .

⚙️ We have two Automatic expanding machine with tools for all size to achieving precise dimensions and eliminating imperfections in motor body. They ensure proper fit and function by expanding tubes to the correct diameter and reducing ovality. Stamping will be fixed for all motor body after completing expanding process.

⚙️ For machining process we have two manual lathe machine with skilled turners. The operator's(Turner) skill is crucial for producing quality, high-volume parts efficiently and accurately. Throughout the manufacturing process, there are quality control checks to ensure the motor body meets specifications.

⚙️ Polishing is a crucial process in the making of stainless steel motor body because it enhances both the functionality and aesthetics of the final product.
